The Nanny Joynt is partnering with a dynamic professional couple seeking a high-level Household Manager to bring structure, vendor coordination, and long-term rhythm to a newly settled two-acre estate. The first year is foundation-setting. From there, the role grows with the household.

What it looks like:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, business hours
• $150,000 to $200,000 annual salary DOE
• W-2 employment with PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays
• Adult-only home with an existing team to manage: housekeeper, landscape crew, IT, design team, and more
• High confidentiality, NDA required

Who we're looking for: Someone seasoned in private service, household management, or high-level executive support. A self-starter who anticipates needs and moves before being asked. Locally established, discreet, and ready to stay for the long haul.
