UPDATE: Thank you all for the suggestions. It has actually been overwhelming and I believe we have some great ideas to move forward with. Thanks everyone!

We’d love your input. Since buying the bakery in March, we have tried to save the bakery from what was going to close end of February. We have added a new drink menu, lighter side sandwiches, added new seating, advertised, ran specials, extended our hours and still are struggling to stay open. What are we missing? I’d love to hear how we can improve or suggestions if we’ve missed the mark or ideas on events. We even had to cancel our mini-farmers market Saturday because our vendors cancelled.
