Good Morning!
I wanted to share this with you all.

Yesterday I had a moment that made me laugh… and also made me think.

I asked my kids if they knew what I actually do for a living.
Their answer?
They had NO clue…..
Apparently all they know is:
“Mom loves old people.” 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Which honestly… isn’t wrong.
But it made me stop and think…
If my own kids don’t really know what I do every day, what kind of legacy am I leaving?

A client gave me this ornament for Christmas and it says:
“Never forget the difference you have made.” And that hit me.
Because at the end of the day, that’s really what it’s about… making a positive difference in people’s lives.

I’m incredibly blessed to work with two amazing companies that allow me to do that every single day.

💙 Prosper Financial Services — where we help seniors and families navigate things like Medicaid planning, VA benefits, and protecting what they’ve worked their whole life for. Our goal is to bring clarity and peace of mind during really overwhelming seasons.

❤️ Comfort Heart Hospice — a family-run hospice that walks with patients and families through one of the most sacred times in life. It’s about compassion, dignity, and making sure people feel supported and cared for when they need it most.

Both of these roles allow me to serve the senior community I love so much.

But I realized something yesterday…
I probably need to do a better job sharing what I do every day.
Not for attention…
But because if one family finds help sooner, or one senior gets the care they deserve, then it’s worth it.

So here’s to making a positive difference… every day… for as many people as we can.
And maybe next time I ask my kids…
they’ll at least have a slightly better answer. 😂
