JME completed the installation of waterline at the Butler VA site, an essential part of the site’s utility infrastructure. From trench excavation and pipe placement to alignment, connections, and backfilling, every step requires precision, coordination, and attention to detail.

Our crew ran into more than one unforeseen circumstance on this specific task, and as always, completed it safely and efficiently.

Yesterday, JME had the opportunity to visit Lenape Tech in Ford City and speak with juniors and seniors in the Construction Trades program.

We had great conversations about what a career in construction looks like, day-to-day job responsibilities, employer expectations, and what JME does in the field. From breaking down the ins and outs of sitework to discussing the skills and mindset it takes to succeed in the industry, we enjoyed connecting with the next generation of construction.

At JME, we believe investing in the future of our industry starts with sharing our knowledge, building relationships, and helping students see the opportunities available to them in the trades.

A big thank-you to Lenape Tech for welcoming us into the classroom and to the students for such great discussions. 🦺
