They may feel similar, but they’re not the same substance.

**Ni****ne** comes from to***co or is made to be chemically identical to to***co-derived ni****ne. **Nixodine**, according to its maker, is a ni****ne alternative made with nicotinamide and a ni****ne analogue called 6-methylni****ne (6-MN). The maker’s description isn’t the same as independent proof of safety or effects.

- **Feel:** Both are described as acting on nicotinic receptors, which may produce similar effects—but similar doesn’t mean identical.
- **Throat hit:** Nixodine products typically don’t use the benzoic acid found in many ni****ne salts. Some users describe the inhale as smoother; a smoother feel doesn’t mean safer.
- **Testing:** Ni****ne is commonly screened through cotinine, a metabolite of ni****ne. Nixodine may not produce cotinine, so standard cotinine-based tests may not detect it. Testing methods vary; don’t treat this as a way around a test.

This is direct from the FDA. A steady drop in youth usage since 2022 and dramatic drop from 2019! If this is the case why punish everyone VS. enforcing laws already in place against the places that are selling to kids, selling drugs, and harming our communities. My establishments are 21 and over only just to be in the store and require ID for all ni****ne sales. Everyone call your insurance companies and tell them you are going through withdrawal because of the ban on v**e products in PA. The insurance companies have tons of lawyers and will not like the idea that they are going to have to flip the bill for this ban. Let them fight it out with the state cause they won't put up with millions of v**ers needing treatment.

Yes we are OPEN for business today. Me and my team at Octopus Ink V***r would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the people that have supported us during this whole ridiculous political motivated ban. We are stay here as long as we can. We hope you will continue to support us as we continue to fight for all of our rights to a healthier and more flavorful lives. I'm doing an interview with the post gazette later today to help get our voices heard. Remember they are supposed to work for us but they have proven their allegiance is with the highest bidder. I v**e I vote. Time to make some changes this election or what will they take from us next year and the year after. How long before you feel like a prisoner in your own country?
