CKB Excavating has been busy working alongside the other crews on this project, removing existing concrete and asphalt, hauling material out, excavating for the new concrete areas, and getting everything prepared for what’s coming next.

This one has definitely kept us on our toes — working in some tight spaces between existing buildings while taking care not to disturb everything going on around us. The CAT 306 and 289 have been earning their keep!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a project like this right here in our hometown and appreciate everyone who continues to put their trust in CKB Excavating, LLC.

Still plenty of work ahead, but it’s pretty cool watching this place transform one day at a time!

2,574 tons. 165 truck loads. 14 feet of elevation change. One awesome shop site over looking flathead lake!

Started with trees, brush, boulders, and a steep slope. A week and a half later, we’ve got a build-ready pad overlooking the lake.

Everything was moved onsite with our excavator and loader, including some serious rock that showed up during excavation.
The thickened edge will get dug in this week, concrete poured, and pioneering the driveway!

Another great project and another happy customer.

Came in and cleaned up a project that was left half done 👍

Built the hot tub wall, installed rip rap, built a fire hangout, cleaned the rock out of the yard, and freshened the driveway.

Big difference—and now it’s a space you can enjoy.
