A BIG shout-out to our Sarasota County School District clients, Becky Drum, Principal, Glenallen Elementary School, North Port, FL, and Amy Archer, Principal, Garden Elementary School, Venice, FL, for their schools’ outstanding achievements this past year. The two are colleagues and friends, and both are coached by TBC’s Foundations Course Leader, Dr. Cordell Jones.

Glenallen Elementary School achieved a major milestone in 2025-2026 by earning an official "A" school grade from the Florida Department of Education. This represents a jump from a "B" and an overall improvement of 65 points. Becky has also had the privilege of mentoring two APs, each of whom were promoted to Principal in two years or less.

Garden Elementary increased its school grade by 75 points in one year, returning to a solid A rating and achieving the highest performance scores in the school’s history! The school was recognized by the Sarasota County School District as a top-performing school for mathematics and reading learning gains, outstanding improvement, and inspiring growth, as measured by Florida’s state school grade accountability system.
