Skfrva at Oct 24th ghost train event

10/27/2026

👻🚒 Saturday night at the Live Steamers Ghost Train was a huge success! We had a blast with our spooky rehab unit, beanbag toss, smoke machine, and of course, Sparky! ❤️🐾

The kids’ excitement when they saw Sparky was priceless! Seeing all those smiles made the night even more special.

🔥 LIVE FIRE WEEKEND! 🔥

The recruits are halfway through the Mason RDD fire academy, and last weekend brought one of their favorite parts of training: LIVE FIRE!

It is a Tough Hot, mentally demanding, and physically exhausting few days . Live fire training pushes recruits beyond their comfort zones and puts their training to the test. It’s tough, it’s intense, and it’s exactly the kind of training they look forward to! 🚒🔥

We’re proud of these recruit’s hard work and dedication

Halfway there. Keep pushing, recruits! 💪🧑‍🚒

Nine of your Volunteer firefighters had their first drill day of their joint fire academy with Mason County departments sponsored by Wa State Fire Academy. They will go through 10 weeks of training and graduate in December and return as certified Firefighter 1.

Good luck guys and gal.

We brought a Fire engine to the night market on Saturday. We invited the the kids (and the most fun adults) to get inside and explore .
It was a hit until……………… Sparky made an appearance. That Dalmatian outshined the engine completely. The look in the eyes of his fans and love that you see in these photos say everything ❤️
