ORGANIC PRODUCE IS OFTEN SPRAYED WITH CHLORINE in grocery stores. They're supposed to rinse it afterwards but often this step is skipped.

It's best to buy from farmer's markets and to know your farmer as much as possible. Ask questions! Visit farms!

We spray all of our store bought organic produce with 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide which neutralizes chlorine and chloramides and breaks them down into water, oxygen, and salt.

Today we are highlighting Hannah Dunning and her work. This courageous woman is working hard to educate us about the harmful chemicals in our clothing and also to change the laws about what is allowed to be in clothing.
She proudly speaks the truth that she's found in her extensive research, even when it's not the thing people want to hear.
One thing we learned from her today is that cotton that is not organic is just as bad for us as polyester 😮 due to the chemicals they use to process which NEVER WASH OUT!!
