You don’t always need a new system!

I’ve worked in several niche industries where the software we had was the only option. Switching platforms wasn’t on the table. So we had to figure it out.

We learned the system inside and out, identified the gaps, and built processes around it to make it work for the business.

That experience is exactly why I don’t automatically recommend “getting a new system.”

More often than not, the real opportunity is understanding the one you already have and building the right operations around it.
