Aren’t these the coolest little things you’ve ever seen?! Thai flatback millipedes do best in high humidity, and warm environments. They need deep substrate with rot wood, flake soil, and leaf litter. They love veggies and fish flakes, and they are very fast breeders! We will have these at NSREE in December! Don’t want to wait? That’s fine! We will have a VERY limited quantity available to purchase before the show.

Ten days out of water and is now out of hiding! Look at this Dendrobates Tinctorius “Tumucumaque” (Peacock) froglet! At ten days out of water, they’re feeding on springtails until they learn to hunt better, then they’ll move up to small flightless fruit flies (melanogaster or similar). It’s still a little guy/gal- about 2.5-4 months away from being ready to go to its new home, and about 12 months from being able to know if it’s a male or female. Mature males make a chirp-like sound to call out to females.
