🚨 This dryer duct needed more than just a cleaning!

During a Full Package cleaning, we found the duct was detached and being held up with a bungee cord. Tape was everywhere but where it actually needed to be. Duct tape was used and the seams weren’t sealed. 😳

Lint was escaping into the room instead of making it outside.

We cleaned it up, reassembled the duct properly, sealed the seams, added a flex hose, and secured the duct using steel strap.

Clean is good. Properly installed is better.

We recently got a call from a home because water was leaking through the front door of their dryer.

When we checked the roof vent, we found a cage around the vent, plus a mesh screen over the opening. Both were trapping lint and restricting airflow, creating a serious clog in the dryer vent system.

We cleaned out the dryer, dryer duct, and upgraded the exterior vent to allow proper airflow and prevent the same issue from happening again.

💨 Proper airflow matters! A restricted dryer vent can cause longer drying times, overheating, moisture issues, and unnecessary wear on your dryer.

This is by far the most lint we’ve pulled from one single dryer duct. We cleaned from inside the house and from outside as well running it almost 20 ft both ways. At one point there was no air flow coming out at the exit vent. But after multiple pass through from both directions, Extra TLC, and mounds of lint we were able to get it to flow freely.

Your dryer shouldn't need two or three cycles to dry a load of laundry.

If it does, a clogged dryer vent could be the reason. Lint buildup restricts airflow, making your dryer work harder and increasing the risk of overheating.

Believe it or not, we completed three full passes through this dryer duct, and on the third run we were still pulling out debris! This bundle came out tightly wrapped around our cleaning tool, showing just how much buildup can hide deep inside a dryer duct system.
