🔥 What an incredible experience at the 2025 South Atlantic Fire Rescue Expo this past week in Raleigh! 🔥

Strategy Performance was honored to once again partner with the NC State Firefighters' Association to support this premier event dedicated to the heroes who serve and protect our communities. From powerful educational sessions to inspiring speakers, award winners, expo and more, it is always a privilege to serve and reconnect with so many passionate professionals committed to excellence in the fire and rescue service.

And special thanks to the amazing volunteer team from the NC OSFM, NC Office of the State Fire Marshal, who assisted at the registration desk, welcoming and checking in over 5,000 attendees! (photo of Saturday team only; sorry!) And to Brandoe Williams, IT Guy Extraordinaire, and my husband Phillip, Superman Greeter as well!
