💥 Another Big Win for Our Client 💥

We recently wrapped up a major claim involving a custom 115-square Ludowici tile roof, one of the most unique and expensive roofing systems on the market.

Our client had made a major investment in this custom roof and wasn’t about to settle for less. After some storm damage to his property, He did his research, hired us, and trusted Property Damage Experts to handle it the right way.

From start to finish, this was a fight:

🔹 We filed the claim and met on site with the insurance adjuster, an engineer, and even a so-called “Ludowici expert” hired by the carrier, who later turned out not to be an actual Ludowici certified expert.

🔹 The carrier initially claimed the damages were below deductible, then slightly raised it to an estimate just above deductible after several reinspections.

🔹 After continued pressure and detailed documentation, their own “expert” admitted on site the repair area exceeded 25% of the roof, which by Florida Building Code required a full roof replacement.

🔹 Once that realization hit, he tried to backtrack, suddenly claiming it was only “22-24% damaged.

We didn’t stop there.
Over the next several months, we partnered with and retained true industry experts, including a verified Ludowici specialist and provided irrefutable evidence proving the roof was not repairable due to the extent of the damage, system design, and code compliance.

✅ After more than a year of persistence and documentation, the insurance company finally approved a full replacement of this custom Ludowici tile roof based on our efforts, experience and true expert reports.

Our client couldn’t be happier with the outcome and told us the results exceeded his expectations. The trust he placed in us truly paid off.

A Florida judge has issued a statewide injunction blocking Citizens Property Insurance from forcing policyholders into arbitration through the DOAH system.

🏠 In this case, Tampa homeowner argued the arbitration process violated his constitutional rights—including access to court and due process. The judge agreed, calling the arbitration clause unfair and harmful to policyholders.
