The original lock and deadbolt had done their job for decades, but decades of salt air, daily use, and history will wear down even solid hardware eventually. Are you the locksmith other technicians call when a job gets complicated or needs to be done right the first time?

VKA Security is looking for an experienced Lead Locksmith to join our team and help us continue building our Lock Department.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong commercial lock and door hardware knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot, take ownership of a job, and set a high standard for the team around them.

We offer competitive pay ($28–$38/hour based on experience), quarterly bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement matching, a company vehicle and more.
