Lately, people have been asking me what it feels like to be able to give people jobs. Honestly? That's only part of it.
What I see is...gas in tanks, groceries in kitchens, rent getting paid, kids getting what they need. I see people getting a chance, making extra money and knowing someone believed in them enough to say, "I've got work if you want it."
A few years ago, I was the one praying for a break. I worked three jobs while pregnant with my first son. Worked full-time with ridiculous PTO restrictions while pregnant with my second. Then worked 12+ hour days - all summer long - pregnant with my third. I used to ask God, *There has to be something bigger than this.*
Now here I am. Just over a year into TLG Collective, we've gone from maintaining one property to *15* with two new bids going out this week.
Some days it still doesn't feel real.
This business hasn't just changed my life, it's changing other people's too. And I don't say that to brag, I say it because I never want to forget what it felt like to be the person praying for an opportunity.
If you've trusted TLG Collective with your home, shared a post, recommended us or believed in me before any of this made sense... thank you.
You're part of every single bit of this growth.
