🚨 Florida just opened the door to armed church volunteers. Now comes the part nobody wants to talk about.

A firearm inside a crowded sanctuary is not a security plan.
A concealed carry license is not active-shooter training.
A volunteer with good intentions is not automatically prepared to make life-or-death decisions in a room full of families, children, elderly members, screaming voices, moving bodies, and chaos.

Let’s be clear:
Valortec is not anti-gun.
Valortec is not against armed citizens.
Valortec is not against houses of worship protecting their people.

But we are absolutely against the fantasy that “having a gun” equals being ready.

Church security is not a flat range.
Paper targets do not run.
Paper targets do not scream.
Paper targets do not stand behind innocent people.
Paper targets do not create civil liability, criminal scrutiny, and lifelong consequences when a round misses.

This new Florida law should not create confidence.
It should create urgency.
Urgency to train.

These photos say out loud what many people in the training world already know but are too afraid to say:

**Florida has a fi****ms training standards problem.**

When the visible fundamentals appear weak — grip, stance, body structure, recoil management — the question is not “who is in the photo?”

The real question is:

**If this is what we see in public, what is being missed in training behind closed doors?**

Rank does not equal skill.
A badge does not equal mastery.
A qualification score does not equal real competence.
And agency size does not magically create marksmanship ability. 🎯

The firearm does not care about your title.
The bullet does not care about your résumé.
The courtroom does not care about excuses. ⚖️
