Twelve years. That’s how long I’ve been making silly shirts about St. Pete.

In people years, that’s a whole sixth grader. In t-shirt years, it’s basically forever. Time flies when your whole job is putting jokes on cotton.

And you’ve been there for a lot of it. At the local markets. At happy hour. On the waterfront, making strangers laugh at the grocery store.

Picture it. Right now, somebody’s at lunch in one of my shirts. Their friend who’s visiting from Ohio leans in and asks what it means. So they explain it. Slowly. With hand motions.

The Ohio friend still doesn’t get it. They nod anyway and order another sweet tea.

That’s fine. That’s kinda the whole point.

Here’s my problem, though. New designs keep popping into my head. They’re local. They’re weird. And they need somewhere to live.

If you’ve ever tried to park downtown on a Saturday night, you get it. There’s no room. Somebody’s gonna have to leave, and it won’t be pretty.

So I gotta make room. (Yes, I know. A very glamorous crisis.)

Let’s help each other out, like good neighbors do. For our 12th birthday, you get 20% off your whole order at wideskylife.com (https://wideskylife.com/) . Just use code 12YEARS at checkout. Mention this email at my pier shop this weekend and get the 20% off there too!

You grab a new favorite shirt. I clear space for the next dumb idea. Twelve years in, that still feels like the best deal in town.

Grab your 20% off at wideskylife.com now because this sale ends Sunday (10/25) at midnight!

Bonus points if you wear it to lunch with your next out-of-town guest. Hand motions optional.

Thanks for 12 years of wearing my jokes and locally themed shirts around St. Pete. Here’s to confusing a few more visitors together.

🌴NEW DROP: St. Pete - Not “That” Florida🌴

While the rest of the state gets the reputation, St. Pete is over here sipping oat milk lattes, hitting the beaches and vibing a little different. This one’s for anyone who’s tired of explaining, “well, actually, St. Pete is different.”

You either get it or you don’t, and honestly that’s kind of the point. Shop it now.😎

Wide Sky is on vacation this week (and so are our shirts!) Back at it 8/3!😎🏝️

Hey y’all! I have these amazing new clients building a really special brand. Their shirts are funny, timely and speak to Floridians. The best part is…every shirt helps fund conservation efforts that protect the wildlife featured on them. Head over to rare_n8tiv now to give them a follow, buy a shirt and support their project. Cheers to Jori & Mel!👏🐊🌴❤️

Summer in Florida is brutal.

It's hot. Nobody wants to shop outside. My pier shop gets tumbleweeds this time of year.

My print clients slow down too. So yeah. Summer hits Wide Sky from every direction.

Here's the honest truth. This is my slowest stretch of the whole year.

I'm not here to guilt trip you. That's not my style.

But I will be straight with you. If you've been eyeing one of my shirts, now is genuinely the best time to grab one.

Maybe it's that design you keep going back to. Or maybe you've got a friend or sister who would absolutely lose it over one.

Either way, I want to make it worth your while.

Anyone who orders a shirt this week gets a little something extra from me. I'm not gonna say what it is yet. But I love showing appreciation. You'll like it.

You guys keep me going. Seriously. Thanks for being here.

Pride month may be over, but my gratitude isn’t. To my ride-or-die Vanessa, my wonderful friends, my incredible clients, and the beautiful city of St. Pete - you make my life great.❤️🏳️‍🌈
