Happy George’s Singing Telegrams ( HGST ) Business Policy and Practices

1. HGST is a non-discriminatory business. Anyone is welcome to order a Happy George’s Singing Telegram and anyone is welcome to receive a Happy George’s Singing Telegram.
2. All HGST videos are posted on the web unless otherwise requested by the customer or recipient ONLY. Please notify us BEFORE the telegram if you do not

wish it to be on the internet.
3. Only the client and recipient(s) reserve the right to request a video to be removed from social media once posted.
4. All telegrams include two songs, a personal greeting, and pictures.
5. Costumes are determined by the customer.
6. Customers are responsible for notifying the venue of the planned HGST and costume choice.
7. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis by HGST.
8. Some non-refundable fees may apply to cancellations.
9. Deposits are usually not necessary unless multiple hours away.
10. Any unpaid telegram will be removed from our page.
11. HGST will not remove a post for any Facebook user who “doesn’t approve” of our work.
12. So, please, scroll past if HGST is not for you. Our Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit for all telegrams at the time of booking through FB Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card (We can get your credit card number over the phone when convenient.) We can accept cash for the second payment at the time of service. Full refunds are available with a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable if the cancellation is less than 48 hours before the telegram; However…
No new deposit is required if the telegram is rescheduled within three weeks of the original telegram.
