We are seeking several hard-working candidates to join our team of Virtual Benefits Representatives!!!

Founded in 1951, our company has served as the exclusive benefits provider for our nation’s police, firefighters, and other high risk occupations.

Your job as a Virtual Benefits Representative will be to meet with 10 or more
of our members over Zoom each week. Here you will present company material in order to educate each member on the benefits that they have requested from our company.

Since we are meeting with all of our members virtually over Zoom, this can also be a 100% work from home opportunity for anyone who has a webcam/microphone and a windows-compatible computer.

All applicants will be invited to attend our virtual interview process beginning with a Career Briefing webinar, which will explain A to Z about our company history and the open opportunities available. Selected candidates will be invited back for a final 1-on-1 interview, and a formal job offer may be presented at that time.

Entry level typically earns $1,000+ per week.

We are looking for 3 career-minded professionals to join our team!

Since 1951, AIL has served as the exclusive union benefit provider for our nation's police, firefighters, and other high-risk occupations.

As an entry level Representative on our team, your job will be to schedule 1 on 1 Zoom meetings with each of the members who have requested our sevices. Here you will present company material in order to educate and enroll each member into the programs that they have requested from our company.

All training and mentorship performed in-house.

Part time Representatives typically earn $2,000-$4,000 per month. Full time Representatives Typically earn $6,000+ per month.

Qualified candidates must have excellent written and communication skills, basic computer skills, and a strong, positive, can-do attitude.

Hard workers of the highest integrity need only apply.
