Both graduates of Texas State University with degrees in (B.A.A) Business of Business Administration with a Major in Management and (B.E.S.S) Exercise and Sports Science. at he ran operations for 7+ years and Natalie is a Certified Professional (CPC) through (AAPC) American Academy of Professional Coders. Natalie went directly into a billing manager position out of college with a Medical Billing Company in the Physical Therapy Department in 2011. In 2016 she opened her own company Texas Premier Physical Therapy with a business partner that she ran front office and all business operations for from Authorizations, Insurance Verifications, referrals, accounting, marketing, advertising, Medical Billing, then sold after 3 years of running it successfully. She began specializing in Pain Management in 2019 and successfully mastered billing for that specialty. She has worked with multi-specialty billing including Neurology and Sleep Medicine. This couple then decided to use their experience of having their own business along with the knowledge gained to provide Medical Billing services with the providers interest and expectations in mind. They know how critical accounts receivables are for the strength and growth of a Physicians Practices along with clean claim submission that expedites payer payment. They also know how important their staff members are to their success and ensure that they are up to date on the most recent policies and guidelines that govern the their operations. In addition to Medical Billing this duo has the business know how on what it takes to start your business from scratch and have been consulting with other business owners for years on how to grow their business. That ultimately lead to the decision to start Texas Hill Country Consultants, so they could use their own expertise to help other entrepreneurs become successful in their own business ventures.
