I once stood in front of a restaurant menu so long the waiter came back twice — annoyed the second time. That's not indecision. That's ADHD decision making with higher stakes. (or I suppose you could say "higher steaks" 🍽️

You've built more 2 a.m. businesses in your head than most people build in a lifetime. Here's how to actually finish one — without a prescription pad in sight. 🚀

For years, I thought I was lazy.
Not "sleep in on Sunday" lazy. More like, "How did I start six brilliant projects and finish approximately bupkis?" lazy.
I'd launch a new offer full of excitement and possibility. Two weeks later? Gone. Every planner, productivity app, color-coded system, and miracle hack worked beautifully... until it didn't.
And every time it fell apart, I figured I was the problem.
Then I discovered I had ADHD.
Suddenly, decades of confusion made sense.
My brain felt like a browser with 47 tabs open, three frozen, two playing music, and one selling me something I don't remember searching for.
I had ideas. Vision. Creativity. Drive.
What I didn't have was a reliable way to turn all that into consistent action.
The breakthrough came when I realized ADHD wasn't the problem.
The problem was trying to use systems that weren't built for the way my brain works.
I didn't need more willpower. I needed a different playbook.
Drawing on my background in transformational work, I created what I now call the MBA Framework:
Mindset — letting go of stories like "you're lazy," "you're flaky," or "you just need to try harder."
Behavior — building habits that work with ADHD instead of fighting it.
Accountability — creating structure that supports you without making you want to run screaming into the nearest distraction.
Do I still have ADHD?
Last time I checked, yes.
But now I finish more of what I start, ship more of what matters, and spend a lot less time carrying around unnecessary tsuris.
Today, I help entrepreneurs with ADHD do the same.
Through ADHD Success Mastery, my group coaching program, and the CEO Intensive, my private 1:1 coaching experience, I help entrepreneurs who:
• Have big dreams and busy brains
• Struggle to stay focused long enough to ship
• Are tired of trying to "fix" themselves with systems that fit about as well as a polyester suit in August
Together, we learn how to use ADHD as a gift—not something to overcome, but something to understand and leverage.
Because the goal isn't to become a different person.
The goal is to work with your brain instead of spending your life fighting it.

Or DM me "FOCUS" for a free Clarity Kick Start call and we'll look at what's really getting in your way.
You're not broken.
You're probably just using a productivity system that's a little meshuggeneh for the way your brain works.
Let's change that.

Are you ghosting your own goals?

You start with excitement.

You make the plan.

You buy the planner.

You may even purchase six colored pens because apparently stationery is now a business strategy.

Then the novelty disappears—and so do you.

You’re not lazy. Your intentions need an ADHD-friendly system that helps turn them into action.

I created a free guide to help ADHD entrepreneurs stop starting over and build a rhythm they can actually sustain.

Fourteen apps. Fourteen abandoned streaks. One very expensive graveyard of good intentions.

If you've ever downloaded a new productivity app convinced this one would finally be the fix — I've got bad news, and I've got good news.

I broke down 5 myths about ADHD, apps, and "just get organized" advice — and why the real fix was never another download.

Spoiler: it's not software. It's structure.

Get. In. Focus.

You bought the planner. You did the habit challenge. You read the article about "just having more discipline."

None of it stuck — and it was never going to, because willpower was never the problem to begin with.

I broke down 5 myths about ADHD and productivity that keep getting recycled as advice — and why "try harder" is about as useful as telling someone with bad eyesight to squint more.

Spoiler: the fix isn't grit. It's structure.

Folded laundry solo? Zero motivation.

Folded it next to my wife? Suddenly I'm a machine.

That's not a coincidence — it's body doubling, and it's one of the most legit tricks ADHD brains have for actually starting the thing you've been avoiding since March.

I broke down the science of why it works, how solopreneurs can pull it off virtually (Zoom, Focusmate, and the rest of the gang), and why a good coaching session is basically structured body doubling with a punchline.

Read it. Or don't. I'll be here all week.
