Same entry. Different door. Different everything.
The home was Mediterranean. The old door wasn't. Painted gray, horizontal glass panels, brass hardware. Generic modern in a setting built around arches, ornament, and stone.
Matt walked through the architecture with the homeowners: the arched stone surround, the shell crest above the door, the lanterns, the stone planters. The new door needed to speak the same language. They settled on a custom entry with Moorish lattice on top, scrollwork on the bottom, set in a dark frame with dark bronze hardware. The arched opening stayed. The door finally belongs to the house.
Matt personally measured and oversaw the installation. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no one on-site who doesn't know the project.
