Mompreneurs will understand this… you don't get to choose when your child gets sick. 🥺

Your business goals don't disappear.

Your to-do list doesn't magically get shorter.

But suddenly, your little one is throwing up, extra clingy, and all they want is Mama.❤️

And just like that…

Your plans for the day change.

Because one thing about being a parent is… you can never control when your child is going to get sick.

You can have plans for the day.
You can have things you need to finish.
You can have a long to-do list waiting for you.

But when your child is sick?

Everything else suddenly takes a back seat. ❤️

All my little boy wanted was his mama. 🥺 He was extra clingy, didn’t want to let me go, and honestly, I didn’t want to be anywhere else but beside him.

And in the middle of taking care of my sick son, I looked at my phone…

A new lead popped up. 📱✨

Without me posting.
Without me messaging anyone.
Without me actively doing anything for my business.

I was simply being a Mom. ❤️

And that moment reminded me why I appreciate building something that can continue working in the background.

Of course, being a parent doesn't mean we stop working toward our goals. But having something flexible enough to work around real-life moments like this means so much to me.

Because at the end of the day…

Business can wait for a moment. Your sick child just wants their mama. 🥺❤️

And that's exactly where I needed to be

One thing I've noticed is kapag may narinig ang mga tao tungkol sa certain business models, isa sa unang tanong nila is…

MLM ba 'yan?
Pyramid scheme ba 'yan?

And honestly, I understand bakit maraming nagtatanong ng ganun.

Pero let me ask you this…

But if we're talking about hierarchy, halos lahat naman ng traditional companies may structure.

May employees.

May supervisors.

May managers.

May directors.

May executives.

At syempre, may CEO.

And in many companies, habang mas mataas ang position, puwedeng magkaiba rin ang level of responsibility at compensation.

Now, if you're working an hourly job, your pay is usually connected sa number of hours na pinapasok mo.

What happens kapag temporarily hindi ako makapag-work?

What happens kung ma-eliminate ang position ko?

What if magkaroon ng layoffs?

And let me be clear—hindi ito para sabihin na masama ang magkaroon ng job.

Because every way of earning has its own advantages and risks.

But for me personally, it made me realize something important…

Before we immediately label something, maybe we should first take the time to understand how it actually works.

May actual products or services ba?

Ano yung responsibilities involved?

And most importantly…

At the end of the day, walang masama sa pagtatanong.

We all started somewhere. ❤️

No experience.
No sales.
No achievements.
Just a decision to begin.

The beginning is often the hardest part because everything feels new and unfamiliar.

But you don’t have to know everything before you start. You learn, grow, and improve along the way.

Sometimes, the biggest step is simply taking the first one.

You just need to START. ✨

Yey, Friday! 🎉😂

After work + daycare pickup, ang goal ko lang gid today was food and a nap. 😂

Kanina pa ko gahikab sa work, so hambal ko sa coworker ko, “Kabay pa matulog si baby pag sundo ko para makatulog man ko.” 😴

AND HE ACTUALLY DID. 😭😂
Nakatulog siya sa car on the way home!

Pero plot twist… instead of going straight home for my much-needed nap, In-N-Out anay! 🍔🍟🤣

Kasi mom life:
Kung gutom ka, indi ka makapahuway.
Kung busog ka naman… food coma na! 😂😂

So here we are—baby sleeping, mama full, and both of us ready to knock out. 😴🤣

Friday treat = successful. ❤️🍔

It’s been about a year since we moved into our friend’s basement, and we’re honestly so grateful that they offered us a place to stay. ❤️

Hindi namin makakalimutan yung kindness nila sa amin, especially during a time when we really needed it.

But now, we’re starting to feel that we can’t stay here much longer. Not because we don’t like it here, we actually love and appreciate having this place. It’s just that we’re ready for our own space. 🏡

Our little family is growing, and of course, dumadami na rin yung gamit namin. 😂 Mostly toys for our son, things to keep him entertained and things that are educational for him too. 🧸📚

My husband and I have also been trying not to buy things that we don’t really need. Minsan may gusto kaming bilhin, pero iniisip namin, “Do we really need this?” 😂

We’ve been trying to keep things simple because we know that when it’s finally time to move, we don’t want to have so much stuff to pack.

One of the biggest reasons we chose to stay here was so we could focus on paying off most of our debt before getting our own house.

And honestly, it hasn’t been easy.

Buying a home is a big step, and you need more than just the desire to have one. You need a better income, good credit, savings, and enough financial stability to actually qualify and comfortably afford it.

So for now, we’re just taking it one step at a time.

We may not have our own home yet, but we’re working toward it. And hopefully, someday, we’ll look back at this chapter and realize that staying here was part of what helped us get there. 🥹❤️

For now, we’re grateful. We’re learning to be patient. And we’re doing our best to build a better future for our little family. ❤️

One day, this basement will just be a part of our story. 🏡✨

“How do I know if this business is the right fit for me?” 🤔

But ask yourself:

✨ Are you coachable? — Willing ka bang matuto and listen to guidance?
✨ Are you willing to learn? — Kahit hindi mo pa alam, willing ka bang mag-invest ng time to understand the process?
✨ Are you willing to take action? — Hindi kailangan perfect. Ang importante, you actually start.
✨ Are you consistent? — Kahit maliit lang ang ginagawa mo each day, you keep showing up.

Because sometimes, it’s not about how much you already know. It’s about how willing you are to learn, apply, and keep going.

And little actions, when done consistently, can eventually lead to bigger changes. 🌱

Maybe the better question isn’t “Am I ready?”
But “Am I willing to learn and take the first step?”

I almost didn’t take this seriously… until I started seeing something different on my phone. 👀

I’m still working my regular job while building another source of income on the side, without sacrificing my time with my family.

Hindi man kalakihan ngayon, I’m okay with that.

Because this is a start.

I’m not expecting to become a millionaire overnight. I’m simply grateful that I started.

For me, every little bit counts. Extra income is extra help for our family, our goals, and our future.

And honestly… who knows where this little start could take me?

Maybe one day, I’ll look back and realize this small beginning was the start of something much bigger. 🥹❤️

Sometimes, you don’t need to start big. You just need to start.

As parents, we work so hard for our kids… but have you ever stopped to ask yourself, “What happens when I can’t work anymore?” ❤️

There’s nothing wrong with having a job. Kung happy ka sa work mo and it provides what you need, that’s okay.

But if you’re dreaming of a better life for your family, maybe it’s time to think beyond your paycheck.

Because your kids will grow up, you’ll get older, and your energy won’t always be the same. But the bills? They don’t retire.

Pag nag-retire ka na, your job won’t be there to support you anymore. Your savings, pension, retirement funds, and other money you’ve built will need to last for many years.

That’s why I started thinking differently.

You can keep your job while building something on the side.

Because sometimes, it’s not about quitting your job.

It’s about creating another option for your family and your future. ❤️

Imagine having more than one source of income while you’re still working, so you can prepare for the future without sacrificing the present.

Because as parents, we’re not just working for today.

We’re building a future where we have more choices, more freedom, and more time with the people who matter most. 🥹❤️

Playing with your son is like going to the gym 😂nakakapagod, pawisin, but honestly, that’s okay because you get to spend time with him and make memories together.

Napansin ko sa playground, a lot of parents were on their phones while their kids were playing. And I get it. Sometimes, you can leave your child to play because they’re already independent.

But one time, there was this little boy who was a bit older than my son, and he was just by himself. He wanted to join us, so we let him play with us.

It made me think… kids can be independent, but what matters most is that they know we’re there.

Sometimes, just being present is enough. Watching them play, joining them when they want you to, laughing with them, and just being there.

Because these little moments may seem simple now, but one day, these are the moments we’ll wish we could have back. 🥹❤️

And honestly, that’s one of the reasons I’m building something that gives me more flexibility.

I don’t just want to earn for my family.
I want to have the freedom to be present while my son is growing up.

Because at the end of the day, time with our kids is something money can never buy back. ❤️
