WeWil Collaborative Our purpose is to create a safe space where women can grow, learn, and apply the “real skills” necessary to maximize and leverage our leadership development.

Women leaders face a variety of unique challenges today that require practical strategies to navigate and succeed. We are committed to supporting our community’s growth by empowering women with opportunities to enhance and advance their leadership in important aspects of their careers, industries, networks, and lives by providing a series of substantive workshops that grow women leaders to make a deep and lasting impact in our Santa Clarita Valley community.

There’s something powerful about getting away, coming together, and making space for meaningful conversations. 💛

This weekend, the WeWil Board spent a productive and meaningful weekend at Big Bear Lake for our Board Retreat. We took time to reflect on where we’ve been, dream about where we’re going, and have intentional conversations about how we can continue creating impact for the women in our community for this coming year.

At the heart of everything we do is our mission: WeWil empowers women to lead through workshops, community and meaningful connections to inspire personal and professional growth.

This weekend reminded us that meaningful connection starts right here, with women coming together, sharing ideas, challenging one another, and working toward something bigger.

We’re leaving Big Bear feeling connected, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead for WeWil this year!

Here’s to continuing to create spaces where women can connect, grow, and lead. 💛
