❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️UPDATE 11/13:
Due to cancellations, have a few slots (first come/first serve by text) on:
Friday, Oct 16 from 2 pm to 5 pm!
😄Spots available 2 or 3 pm - 5 pm on Sat,
Oct 17
😄Spots available noon-3 pm on Sun, Oct 18
And we can continue making appts as needed.
Don’t worry if you are not in the first group. This mansion is packed—2 story, 4-car garage, and full basement.
*****Don’t be put off by the high ticket items. This sale has LOTS of common items at great prices besides the fabulous, rare ones which are pictured and priced.
NOT EVERYTHING Is PICTURED!!!
Caution: Since we are taking small groups in per time slot (due to limited parking on the hill),
there is a chance that someone ahead of you might have purchased something that is pictured. I will do my best to update pictures but pictures, at any given point, may be inaccurate. Not to worry, lots of interesting items here! And, just like any estate sale: NOT EVERYONE CAN BE FIRST in LINE!
Sorry, NO SMALL CHILDREN. There is danger here for our precious little ones.
*******IMPORTANT—please READ!!!!!😑Due to time constraints, we were unable to clean, stage and price. Almost everything is unpriced! You have to dig through closets, drawers, cabinets, etc. We will price as you find. Your patience is appreciated. Please don’t expect to be in and out quickly.
When driving near the property, please exercise EXTREME CAUTION as much of the private road is barely one car width.
There is so much there! Just yesterday we discovered a full attic that was “hidden”.
