We’re looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager who is excited about building programs, developing team members, and seeing their work make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll help shape learning across DeZURIK, from technical and operational training to leadership development and onboarding. You’ll design engaging training, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate training across multiple sites and shifts, and partner with leaders and subject matter experts to support business needs.

What we’re looking for:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or a related HR field
✅ Strong instructional design, facilitation, and project management skills
✅ Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools
✅ Manufacturing or industrial experience is strongly preferred

Salary range: $75,577–$94,472, based on experience and qualifications.
