Spending lots of time cleaning off (literally) centuries of dirt and scraping lead paint (safely, using infrared and a respirator) from our future kitchen floorboards. Then organizing them into what has now become 16 unique groups by measurement of thickness and width… between 12 and 15” wide 🤤🤤

Fixing ~150-year-old damage (when the facade was Victorianized in the late 1800s) by using ~250-year-old boards to repair the original wood siding and carved window lintels. I’m aiming to match all the bevels.
