Closed a large transaction today — and what a journey it was.
The seller had this business listed with one of Scottsdale's top M&A firms for over 3 years without a single serious offer. The client paid a hefty upfront fee, yet the listing Broker never even made the 3.5-hour drive to visit the operation. Frustrated and stuck, the seller was referred to me by a friend whose business I successfully sold back in 2024 for $7.5M.
I listed it properly — valued right, packaged professionally — and the response was immediate:

• 58 completed NDAs and buyer profiles
• Qualified down to serious conversations with 10 parties
