Students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to watch six student teams compete for cash prizes of up to $15,000 at the Invent Penn State Inc.U pitch competition on Saturday, March 21, from 1 to 3 p.m.

The Invent Penn State Summer Founders Program offers $15,000 to startups with at least one Penn State student founder, enabling them to work on their startup, social good, or nonprofit idea over the summer.

Penn State undergrads — ready to pitch your startup for a chance at $15,000?
Applications are now open for the 2026 Inc.U Competition, hosted by Invent Penn State. Student-led startups can compete for $30,000 in total funding, mentorship, marketing support, and the chance to pitch live during Penn State Startup Week.

🏆 Prizes:
1st Place – $15,000
2nd Place – $10,000
3rd Place – $5,000
Startup Spark Award – $1,000

📹 Apply by submitting a 2–3 minute pitch video by Jan. 18. Finalists will be announced in February and pitch live in March.
