Outsound team in Arizona!
This show was a fun one with lots of tech requirements in 4 different event centers in one beautiful resort.
Our team assembled and operated 3 breakout rooms with a camera, 2 M/E video switcher, prebuilt graphics for livestream and live translation to Spanish, a projector and screen, and an audio package.
Then did it all again on a bigger scale in the main event center. The best part of it all was working with our client! Such great people!

At Outsound Productions, we are deeply grateful for those who served and gave everything for our country. In observance of Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026 Memorial Day our offices will be closed as we take time to reflect on their courage, service, and sacrifice.

In the mornin' we're making waffles! (We didn't make them, but they were tasty)

Our team had some beautiful mornings while we were in Pierre. Also had some fun times at night providing audio support for our favorite Economic Development team for karaoke! You guys rocked!

Our ROE Visual LED wall was massive in this room and they all loved it! A 48 foot wide wall of visually stunning video and graphics provided inspiration for everyone in attendance. Give us a call to quote your event, no matter where it is!
