🍇 Crush Season = New OCTOBER TASTING Hours 🍇
Crush season is here! In the wine world, “crush” means the whole harvest — picking grapes, hauling fruit, and pressing it — and it takes every set of hands we’ve got. As a husband-and-wife team (with day jobs on top of the winery), this is our busiest, most rewarding time of year.
Because harvest takes top priority, our tasting hours shift in October:
📅 SUNDAYS ONLY
🕐 1:00–6:00 PM (last seating at 5:00)
We’re offering outdoor tastings, so please dress for the season’s weather here in Snoqualmie,WA.
🍷 Wine Club members receive priority access to our Glass Lounge.
Thank you for understanding as we pour our hearts into this year’s wines — we can’t wait to share them with you! 💛

AUTUMN IN THE VINEYARD -Snoqualmie, WA -Puget Sound AVA
The vineyard has shifted into its autumn mood. Nets now drape each row like ghostly veils, catching the breeze and rippling down their edges.
Spider webs stretch from vine to vine — impossible to walk without brushing one across your face, hearing it snap, or imagining a little hitchhiker in your hair, even in your pocket! Along the edges, the leaves are turning and dropping, releasing that earthy scent only fall can bring.
Squirrels chatter from the treeline while bunnies hide under the nets, probably from the owl I’ve spotted hovering in the trees. Grapes glow in many lovely shades of yellow and purple — some looking almost gilded — as the birds circle, trying to claim what we’ve tended all year.
The angle of the sun has shifted, dramatic and beautiful all at once. You can feel harvest approaching in the air. It’s busy, it’s wild, and it’s exactly where we belong — home in the vineyard at the turning of the season.

Harvest & crush season = the busiest, messiest part of our year… and also the most beautiful. 🍇✨ Sticky hands, splashes of juice, piles of grape skins — all of it tells the story of transformation.
I try to pause in the chaos, to notice the colors, textures and tiny details that might otherwise be lost. This is the season when creativity sneaks into the work, and magic shows up in unexpected places.
I’ll be sharing more glimpses of this beautiful mess in the weeks ahead — keep an eye out for our behind-the-scenes shots!

PARTNERS IN WINE 🍇🤍🍷

We’re Tom & Lorrie Wilson — the husband-and-wife team behind Château NoElle. We planted the vines, nurtured the fruit, make the wine, and pour it for you right here in Snoqualmie. Every bottle we share is a direct expression of our land, our hands, and our hearts.
Alongside our own estate vineyard, we also partner with select Washington growers who share our values for the fruit we don’t grow ourselves. This allows us to craft small-lot wines that are rooted in quality, sustainability, and a true sense of place. Every bottle we produce represents countless hours of work, a deep connection to the land, and a commitment to our community. We’re proud to be part of Washington’s thriving wine landscape, creating wines that reflect this region and the people who care for it.
When you choose wines from real winemakers, you’re choosing:
🍷 Craftsmanship over hype
🌱 Local agriculture over mass production
💛 Community over celebrity
By supporting our wines, you’re supporting a family who works this vineyard every day, creating authentic, small-lot wines that reflect the beauty of this place we call home.
📍 Taste the difference authenticity makes. Visit us at our estate in Snoqualmie, or shop online for your next favorite bottle.
Your wine choices matter. Choose authentically — choose Château NoElle.

🍇 SEPTEMBER IS YOUR MONTH! 🍷
We’ll be open for wine tastings through the end of September, but after that it all depends on harvest and winemaking. Once the grapes call, our focus shifts fully to winemaking.
If you’ve been meaning to plan a visit, now’s the time — come soak up the vineyard views, sip with us, and make a memory before the busy magic of crush begins. Don’t wait too long… this is your sign!✨
📍 Tasting hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 1–6 pm (last seating at 5). We’ll have the large canopy up as long as it’s not too windy.

UNWIND INSTANTLY — vineyard views, open air and quiet beauty melt away the day’s stress.

🍷 Join us for tastings Saturdays & Sundays, 1–6pm (last seating at 5pm). This weekend, our big canopy will keep you shaded and cool.
🐾 While we love furry friends, our patio and winery aren’t pet-friendly. Thank you for leaving pups at home during your visit.
👨‍👩‍👧 We are family-friendly, but wine tasting is an adult experience. If you bring your kids, we ask that they remain seated with you so everyone can relax and enjoy the day.

✨ SOLD OUT ✨
Our upcoming Dinner at the Vineyard is officially at capacity — and we couldn’t be more thrilled (and a little heartbroken too).
It’s always a magical night under the open sky with incredible food, flowing wine, and the kind of stories that only happen when you gather among the vines. 🍷🌿
We’re beyond excited to host those of you joining us — but it’s also bittersweet. There are so many faces we’ll miss around the table, and that never gets easier.
If you’re not yet part of our wine club, this is your gentle nudge. These intimate dinners are just one of the perks — and they always fill fast. We’d love to save you a seat at the next one.
💌 Join the list, join the club, join the table.

Right now in the vineyard...
We’re in the heart of a fantastic growing season.

Flowering went beautifully this year, and we’re seeing an abundance of healthy fruit developing on the vines. Our days are filled with shoot positioning and leaf removal - all part of encouraging ideal ripening conditions and giving our fruit the best chance to thrive. It’s a hopeful, hardworking time... and we can already taste the promise of this vintage.

This is honestly my favorite time of year to be working in the vineyard. Leaf pulling, in particular, is incredibly satisfying — there’s something about the soft pop of each leaf coming off the cane that’s both rhythmic and grounding. And as far as vineyard work goes, it’s easier on my back, knees, and shoulders than most tasks - which I’m certainly not mad about.

Living here, at home in the vineyard, makes it easy to chip away at the work a little each day. And that steady rhythm — sun up, boots on, hands in the vines — is something l’ll never take for granted.
