We had the absolute best time kicking off the season at Fletcher Cove Park for the 45th Annual Fiesta Del Sol! 🌊

The first Live on the Lawn music series at the Garey House in Garey Park brought an incredible community atmosphere to Georgetown. 🎶 Los Desechos had the crowd dancing all evening with cumbias and music that truly felt made for everyone—from families on lawn chairs to neighbors gathering together to enjoy the night. Guests also enjoyed local favorites Taconmaye and JC’s Kettle Corn while soaking in the music and sunset. A great start to what will hopefully become a favorite community tradition.

Great food, local flavor, and a packed crowd made the Tacos & Tea-quila event at Carl Levin Park in Harker Heights a standout celebration of community and small business.

Hosted by the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together an incredible mix of local food and drink vendors, craft makers, and cottage food businesses. This event really brought out all the creativity and talent that made this area special.

The atmosphere stayed lively all evening with colorful Ballet Folklórico performances and the unmistakable sound of mariachi music filling the park. Between the music, handmade goods, specialty drinks, and tacos everywhere you turned, the event felt like a true community celebration from start to finish.

Nothing beats a day that’s all about celebrating where you live, and that’s exactly what Santa Rita Ranch Day delivered.

Residents of Santa Rita Ranch came together for a laid-back, high-energy pool party that felt more like a giant neighborhood hangout than an event. Kids splashing, neighbors catching up, music playing, and that easy summer vibe all around. It was one of those days when everything just clicked.

What an unforgettable day at the K-Love's Character Extravaganza! 🎉

A huge thank you to K-Love’s Adventures and Metro Area Youth Services (M.A.Y.S.) for putting on such an incredible event and celebrating 10 years of community impact and entertainment With over 56 characters, interactive activities, and a space for families to come together—it truly was a day full of fun, imagination, and connection.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that invests in its youth and creates opportunities for families to connect, play, and make lasting memories. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience—we’re already looking forward to next year!
