GREAT NEWS!
You may now be able to dramatically reduce your publication notification cost!
Last year, the Texas Towing and Storage Association's Legislative Committee worked diligently to introduce and pass HB 3928.

Wording was added to the notification process in 2303.152 (a) "or on a publicly available Internet website maintained by a department-approved third party."

This gave TDLR the ability to change the rule so that Texas tow companies could use a third party, in this case, CarLocate by ADD, for publication purposes. There will be a link on the TDLR website to search for vehicles.

Great things may be accomplished when we work toward a common goal!
