Reveille Networking Group was founded in 2016 by Phillip Wilkerson with just a handful of original members. What began as a small gathering rooted in the Texas A&M Aggie community has grown into a thriving network of almost 2,000 attendees over the years. While our foundation reflects Aggie values
of unity, loyalty, and service, Reveille is open to all professionals and members of the community. We welcome small business owners, corporate employees, entrepreneurs, retirees, and job seekers who want to connect, share referrals, and make a positive impact in our community. We meet most Friday morning at IHOP, 25619 IH-45 N in Spring, TX (The Woodlands area). Doors open at 7:00 AM, breakfast is served at 7:20, and our meeting runs from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, with optional networking until 9:00. For those who can’t attend in person, we also offer a Zoom simulcast so everyone has a chance to participate. Our mission is simple: Connecting ~ Friendship ~ Service. Reveille provides more than business networking — it’s a place to build lasting relationships, exchange referrals, support one another, and give back through community service projects. From Meals on Wheels and Arrow Child & Family Ministries to scholarships for local students, Reveille has donated more than $90,000 since 2016 to causes that matter. Meetings are informal yet impactful. First-time visitors are always welcome (your first meeting is free), and every participant has a chance to share a short introduction. Regular attendees are recognized with personalized name tags, beginning at 12 meetings, celebrating the consistency and spirit that set Reveille apart. We are a volunteer-run group, built by and for the community. Our members and guests come not only to expand their professional networks, but also to find camaraderie, encouragement, and a sense of belonging that lasts far beyond Friday mornings.
