TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a machine shop in the Wharton, TX area. This position is responsible for independently programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC lathes and mills while ensuring precision, quality, and production efficiency. Candidates must have 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient with FANUC controls and G-code programming, able to read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, select appropriate tooling and fixtures, and perform tool wear offsets. Responsibilities also include reducing setup and machining times through process improvements, assisting, and supervising CNC operators, and maintaining ISO quality and safety standards. Candidates must possess strong mechanical troubleshooting, math, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, operate overhead cranes, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
