Your HOA Board is made up of homeowner volunteers who dedicate their time to helping make decisions for the community. But what exactly are they responsible for? 🤔

The Board’s role includes:

👥 Representing the Community — Making decisions on behalf of homeowners and considering the best interests of the neighborhood.

📋 Managing the Association — Establishing and enforcing the governing documents and community policies.

💰 Overseeing Finances — Approving budgets, setting assessments, and making decisions about how association funds are used.

🔧 Maintaining the Community — Planning for repairs, improvements, common-area maintenance, and the community’s long-term needs.

And where does HOAMS fit in? We work at the direction of the Board, helping carry out its decisions and manage the day-to-day administrative needs of the association.
