For nearly 40 years, Logic Systems has helped bring concerts, festivals, corporate events, and special events to life across the Midwest. Now, we’re looking for someone who can help make sure every show is staffed, equipped, scheduled, and delivered on time.

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Coordinate technician, warehouse, and freelance schedules
• Manage truck schedules, transportation, and equipment logistics
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, and vendor deliveries
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and DOT compliance
• Support warehouse operations and assist the Warehouse Manager as needed
• Identify scheduling conflicts and solve problems before they impact productions
• Help improve logistics processes and workflow efficiency

⭐ What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, warehouse operations, or live event production
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities
• Experience with freight and transportation logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Valid driver’s license
Bonus points for experience in: live events, AV, entertainment, production rentals, fleet management, DOT compliance, asset/rental software, or freelance labor scheduling.

Our team took the PK Sound out to the left coast to provide full audio deployment for the Vans Warped Tour in Long Beach.

From Papa Roach and The Used to All Time Low, Simple Plan, Taking Back Sunday, Jimmy Eat World, Sleeping With Sirens, Thrice, Bowling For Soup, Glassjaw, Mayday Parade, Third Eye Blind, and an incredible lineup from start to finish, the energy never let up—and neither did the PK Sound...and we'll take that weather all year long!

Two weekends ago we took a quick stroll up Wash Ave till we saw a big circus tent in Grand Center and we knew we were in the right place!

Logic Systems was proud to have provided sound, lights, and video for the Big Top and Fabulous Fox Theatre venues at the 2026 Music at the Intersection Festival.

Our team (also Fabulous) worked behind the scenes to help deliver an incredible weekend of live performances featuring artists like Jon Batiste, Wyclef Jean, Killer Mike, PJ Morton, Big Freedia, Zapp featuring Tuxedo, and many more.

Thank you to our friends at the Kranzberg Arts Foundation for producing this amazing festival and having us back for another year!

We don’t just do concerts.
Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to collaborate with the WashU Kemper Art Museum on Emeka Ogboh: The Song of the Germans, an immersive sound installation that first premiered at the 2015 Venice Biennale.

The exhibit features recordings of ten African immigrants singing the German national anthem in their native languages—Bamum, Duala, Ewondo, Igbo, Kongo, Lingala, Moore, Sango, Twi, and Yoruba. The composition continuously loops, but no two starts are the same. Each playback begins with a different singer before the remaining voices gradually join together, creating a layered chorus.

Using the artist’s technical specifications, we designed and implemented the audio system with the artist’s approval. Each of the ten speakers represents a single recorded voice and is positioned at the height of the individual singer, preserving an important detail of the original installation. Beyond supplying the equipment, our team also assisted with the installation and programming of the exhibit.

Emeka Ogboh: The Song of the Germans has been on view at the Kemper Art Museum since February 27 and closes on July 27. If you haven’t experienced it yet, there’s still time—we highly recommend seeing (and hearing) it before the exhibition closes.

It was another jammed packed weekend for us. Here is a look at the El Monstero concert we did at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater on Saturday. Over the past decade the band has entrusted us with coming up a design that is bigger and better than pervious years. During that time frame we have committed to not repeating a design to help push the envelop even more.

What an incredible weekend at the 2026 ESSENCE Festival of Culture in New Orleans!

Our team was proud to provide a full PK Sound deployment for the Evening Concert Series inside the Caesars Superdome

The three night festival featured a star-studded lineup of R&B and Hip-Hop legends, including headlining performances by Cardi B, Kehlani, Latto, Brandy & Monica, and Patti LaBelle. The weekend also included a highly anticipated Aaliyah tribute curated by Missy Elliott, along with unforgettable performances by Public Enemy and George Clinton with Parliament-Funkadelic. It was also an honor to support an event that welcomed Michelle Obama as part of the festival experience.

This year, we were honored to be part of the 4th of July 250th celebration not just under the Arch, but also in the amazing communities of Alton, IL, and O’Fallon, MO!

The O’Fallon Heritage & Freedom Fest brought unforgettable performances from LOCASH, Lauren Alaina, and Kansas, with thousands of community members coming together for the two nights of music, celebration, and family friendly activities. The energy was electric, the crowds were fantastic, and the memories made will last a lifetime.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make these celebrations so special. We’re grateful to be a small part of community events and are already counting down the days until next year! 🎆🎶❤️🤍💙

What an incredible way to celebrate America’s 250th, under the Arch! 🇺🇸🎆

A huge thank you to Celebrate Saint Louis for having us back to provide full event production for this amazing multi-day festival including lighting, video, and audio for an unforgettable experience.

From the electrifying performances by Zedd, Kenny Loggins, Ludacris, and Miranda Lambert to the nonstop energy from the crowd, every moment was one to remember. The atmosphere was absolutely electric, and we’re proud to have been a part of this spectacular Fourth of July celebration!
