- Assist with property walk-throughs and client consultations
- Identify trees, grasses, invasive species, and habitat patterns
- Sort logs by species and value
- Read terrain, wind, thermals, and deer movement
- Troubleshoot equipment and field issues independently

- Treat every customer’s property as if it were your own
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter who works without supervision
- Problem solver who thinks ahead
- Takes pride in doing things right the first time
- Understands land as a system, not just tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Forestry, Wildlife Biology, or Conservation (or equivalent experience)

- Respect for equipment, land, and client property
- Willingness to travel (in-state and occasional out-of-state)

- Able to stay solution-focused under pressure
Bonus Skills:
- Hunting experience (especially whitetail)
- Content creation (photo/video)
