At Cut & Dry Restoration, we are proud to recognize Justin for his leadership, dedication, and years of expertise in the restoration industry.
As our Senior Field Operations team member, Justin brings nearly 1.5 years with Cut & Dry Restoration and 18 years of restoration experience. He plays an important role in helping guide projects from damage back to normal while supporting field operations and ensuring quality service for our customers.
His passion for problem-solving, leadership, and helping customers through difficult situations makes a lasting impact on both our team and the families we serve.
When asked what he enjoys most about restoration work, Justin shared that helping people through stressful situations while leading a strong team is one of the most rewarding parts of his role.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family, sports, and even researching baseball cards to find hidden gems. One word he used to describe the Cut & Dry team? Resilient 💙💚
