Team members from American Products, EnSight, and Watson recently came together for a Kaizen event focused on finding ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a safer workplace.

Our team members had the opportunity to attend the Ladies Who Launch Conference with Biz 417, where this year’s theme, Courage Grows Here, served as a powerful reminder of what can happen when women are encouraged to step forward, grow, and lead.

As the event begins its next chapter under a new name, Pretty Brilliant, we’re excited to see the experience and community built through Ladies Who Launch continue to grow.

It was a great day of learning, connection, and celebrating the women who continue to make an impact in the workplace and beyond.

August On Point Team Member of the Month: David Walker

David joined American Products in 2018, and when the opportunity to lead the DustShield team was presented, he saw it as a great opportunity to take on a new challenge and make an impact. He’s been an important part of our team ever since!

David values faith, family, and respect, and believes coworkers should support one another like family.

He enjoys the daily challenges of his role and especially loves watching his team grow, solve problems, and deliver quality products. He’s also excited about DustShield’s continued growth and what the future holds!
