I've had a handful of people reach out between Dexter, Stuart, Redfield area stating there is a Pest Control Company out of Des Moines Metro handing out fliers. I've been in business 19 years now! If my current price is not better than their "Specials or your current Pest Control Program", I will match or beat it if able! I know some companies are using generic version of the top of the line products I do use. I refuse to use such products for they aren't as good nor do they carry licensing to be used in areas these companies are treating. There are a few companies I refuse to match their price because of their use of generic products! Either way, the bugs are extremely bad this year! We treat inside & the outside with a backpack & granular! I am the only one treating right now while Rudy is only doing my scheduling for me.

Today while I was treating a church, I was spraying around window frames in the basement when all of a sudden I felt something attacking my foot. When I looked down, I freaked out. Luckily it was just a small bullsnake. (I did walk him out back of this church way past the cemetery & let him lose in a field)

So this is a good time to remind everyone, crickets are bad, they bring in the spiders & they also bring in the big wolf spiders & they all bring in the snakes. So now is the time to get your fall treatment done! It is also time to go around your property & seal up any holes & cracks in the foundation & fix any door/window molding. It's better to do it now instead of wishing you did when snakes & mice move in for winter.

Just finishing up with another bedbug job. I typically don't like to share pictures but these few are just of them in her furniture. Another company treated this place less than a year ago & told them they would be good to go after one treatment. They never followed back up with them. So now we'll take it over & do it correctly.

Was over in Redfield Iowa doing a termite job today. As we were treating a crawlspace termites were bubbling out of the ground.

I started my business June 1st 2006. It's had its ups & downs like every other small business. Especially during the covid & it's after years! We've had several employees including Rudy Larson who has been with me for 17 years! Thank you to every single customer & business partners who has supported us one way or another through the years!

The biggest question I get is how did I come up with my name brand A.S.A.P.?

It comes from the first Initial in my kids names. Ashlyn, Skylar, Austin Pruitt.

Just in case anyone was trying to get ahold of me today, I haven't had a phone, internet or any connection. I've been having major issues with my old phone, went & swapped out to a new phone this morning. They didn't program it right. So I was without a phone until now when I had them go up new phone.

One thing I love about doing termite inspections on old houses is seeing the old wood working & the old history that it still holds. Absolutely beautiful. Hope new owners will keep it going.
