Meramec Group manufactures innovative, molded polyurethane products for footwear and other applications. Dieckhaus and Thomas H. Dieckhaus families.

The Meramec Group is a privately held corporation owned by the Robert L. Their father, Harold H. Dieckhaus, founded the original sales company, Harold H. Dieckhaus, Co., in 1952. The original manufacturing company, Fashion Shoe Products, was co-founded in 1962 by Harold & Robert Dieckhaus. Today, Meramec Group consists of three operating companies: Meramec Industries, Meramec International, and Moldtech. Meramec occupies over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and support facilities, employing over 350 associates worldwide.

She is responsible for domestic purchasing and international sourcing / shipping, providing many improvements through the years managing those responsibilities. She was hired as a Utility Operator on 2nd shift, and transferred to 1st shift in 2000. She was awarded a Trimmer bid in February 2018. We appreciate your 30 years with Meramec - that's a wonderful accomplishment!

"Find a job you love, and you'll never work a day in your life". TY FERNSLER did that, and retired from Meramec Group on September 30, 2025. We had a wonderful lunch party with many co-workers and friends to celebrate Ty's well deserved retirement. He will be missed, and as the banner says, it will be too quiet here without him! Congrats Ty !
