It’s funny how extra daylight can trick you into thinking you have more time than you do.
You look up, and suddenly it’s late, and the evening is gone.
Instead of saving everything for “later,” try flipping the order. Use that early evening light intentionally, go for a walk, get in a quick workout, or spend time outside with family before settling in for the night.
The simple shift? Do the things that matter most first, while the energy (and sunlight) is still there.
