Today marks my 10 year work anniversary, and I'm feeling incredibly grateful.

When I look back, I don't just see the years. I see the lessons, the challenges, the people I've had the privilege of serving, and the relationships that have shaped who I am.

It's been an honor to care for others, build a business rooted in compassion, and continue growing both personally and professionally. There have been long days, difficult moments, and plenty of uncertainty, but every experience has reinforced why I chose this path.

To my family, friends, team, clients, and everyone who has supported me along the way, thank you for believing in me. Your encouragement has meant more than you know.

Here's to continuing to learn, serve, and make a difference. I'm excited to see what this next chapter brings. ❤️

Locations: Goodyear & Sun City West, AZ

💲 Pay: $16.50–$17.50 per hour

We're Hiring For:
✅ Full-Time Caregivers
✅ Part-Time Caregivers
✅ PRN (As-Needed) Caregivers
✅ Float Caregivers
✅ Overnight Shifts
✅ Weekend Day & Night Shifts

Experience & Qualifications Must Include:
• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• Previous geriatric group home experience required
• Current TB test
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Minimum of two professional references

Experience assisting residents with:

- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation

We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are committed to providing exceptional care in a team-oriented environment.
