These 25-year-old hardwood floors had turned very yellow over time due to sun exposure and old oil-based finishes. After a complete dustless refinishing process and the application of commercial-grade waterborne finishes, the floors now have a bright, clean, modern look while preserving their natural beauty.

Another flooring project completed 👌
Installed 1,700 sq ft of hardwood flooring – Red Oak (Select & Better grade), giving the home a timeless, high-end look.

The floors were finished with 3 coats of semi-gloss polyurethane, providing durability, protection, and a beautiful natural sheen.

As part of the project, I also installed new baseboards and shoe moldings throughout all areas with the new flooring.
👉 Trim will be painted by the painter, completing the final look.
