Effective October 1, DODD waiver claims that require the use of Electronic Visit Verification and do not have a matching EVV record will be denied.

Anticipating a higher than usual call volume this month, DODD will have EVV-only call center hours. Providers will be able to call the DODD call center on Saturdays and Sundays in October from 9 AM to 4 PM.

DODD’s call center can be reached at 1-800-617-6733; select option 8. Providers can also call the Sandata EVV Provider Hotline at 855-805-3505 at any time of day.

September is National PACE Month, which is a great time to learn more about the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.

Recently expanding to 10 Ohio counties, PACE provides social activities, meals, rides, and care all in one place.
