A Little Piece of My Story โค๏ธโ๐พ
Hello everyone, itโs me, Zapphire Zucca. ๐
This is how I spend most of my daysโsitting in my office, writing, creating, dreaming, and bringing the stories in my head to life. โ๐พ๐
As many of you may know, I live in Siem Reap, Cambodia. ๐ฐ๐ญ
While I am a writer, writing isnโt actually what brought me to Cambodia. I came here to train to become an ESL English teacher. Before leaving America, I had already been working part-time as an online English tutor for about a year. Now, almost three years into my life here, teaching English has become my second careerโand something I truly love.
I love writing, and I love teaching. โค๏ธ
Writing, though, has been a part of me for more than thirty-five years. It has carried me through so many seasons of my lifeโthrough changes, challenges, dreams, disappointments, and growth. Now, at 48, I have reached a place where I am a full-time writer, publisher, business owner, and entrepreneur.
Iโve learned that it is never too late to build the life you once dreamed about. โจ
Today, I run two companies: Zapphire Ink Publications, my publishing company, and Inkflow Studios, my newest venture in technology. ๐ปโจ Through everything life has brought me, one lesson has stayed with me:
No one can write your story for you.
You decide what parts of your story you share. You decide what remains private. And ultimately, you decide how your story will be told. I am grateful to God for every chapter of my lifeโthe beautiful ones, the difficult ones, the unexpected ones, and even the ones I didnโt understand while I was living through them. ๐๐พโค๏ธ
Iโm also incredibly grateful for the people God has placed in my life, especially the readers who have chosen to support my work and take this journey with me.
