In Oro Valley, the Catalinas do a different show every single night. This lot has a front row seat.

If someone handed me a blank piece of Oro Valley desert tomorrow and said build whatever you want…

I wouldn't open with the floor plan.

I'd go stand on it at six o'clock.

Because out here, the day doesn't just end. It performs.
The Catalinas go pink.
The saguaros turn to silhouettes.

The whole sky picks a color you will not find in any paint deck.
And you just stand there. Doing nothing. On purpose.
That right there is the thing you're actually building for.
