A Message from our CEO:

Reflecting on the past few months at SOAR Partners, I am overwhelmed with deep gratitude for the incredible momentum we are experiencing.

In the fast-paced world of business growth and strategy, it is easy to keep your eyes fixed solely on the horizon. But true leadership reminds us to pause, look around, and celebrate the "mini wins" that happen within our team and our extended family every single day. We have so many reasons to celebrate and be thankful.

From client victories to personal triumphs, our sandbox has been filled with milestones worth shouting about:

Client Wins & Shared Growth: We've had some phenomenal moments lately, including a few well-deserved opportunities to literally "ring the bell" as we help our partners scale and succeed.

Deepening Community Impact: Our extended team's ongoing work through our vital partnerships with the Gatesway Foundation and the C.A.R.E.S. Club continues to humble me. Seeing our collaborative efforts translate into direct, impactful transformation for adults with I/DD here in Tulsa is the greatest reward.

Personal & Professional Journeys: Watching the dedicated individuals within our organization achieve major personal victories, pursue advanced milestones, and step into higher levels of leadership has been inspiring to witness.

Last week was a significant one for the Gatesway Foundation and SOAR Partners teams. It was a privilege to host Mayor Monroe Nichols and his staff at Gatesway to discuss the critical work being done in our community.

We had the opportunity to share the innovative and deeply needed work underway to address homelessness among individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across Tulsa and surrounding communities. This population is often overlooked in traditional housing and support systems, yet requires thoughtful, tailored solutions that integrate housing, services, and community.

What stood out most was the shared commitment to collaboration—bringing together public leadership, nonprofit innovation, and community partners to create sustainable pathways to stability and belonging.

Grateful for Mayor Nichols’ leadership and the City’s engagement on this issue. We’re excited about what’s ahead and the continued momentum to ensure every individual has access to safe, supportive housing.

Through a focus group of members and champions, we explored what support, community, and independence truly look like. Their insights are helping shape more inclusive housing and service solutions.
